CES MÉXICO S.A. DE C.V., founded in 2015 as specialists in national and international land transportation, is committed to complying with the security standards established by the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) programs, maintaining active collaboration with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which helps reduce the high risk of crimes and threats that can affect the company's supply chain, such as smuggling, arms and human trafficking, illicit goods, and
terrorist acts. The company aligns with Mexican laws prohibiting forced labor, always respecting the rights of our collaborators. Furthermore, our security philosophy focuses on implementing rigorous controls designed to protect our resources and our personnel, ensuring the use of adequate personal protective equipment for each function.
Our priority is to shield the flow of legitimate trade, guaranteeing safe and contamination-free transit both for the cargo entrusted to us by third parties and for our own assets, strictly preventing our infrastructure from being used for drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, human smuggling, the transit of prohibited goods, or any act of terrorism.
The company operates under global Information Technology policies to address cybersecurity threats at a national and international level, allowing it to prevent, identify, contain, and respond to risks that may affect the security and integrity of its operations throughout the supply chain.
The company establishes its firm commitment to the protection of the supply chain and compliance with applicable international regulations, aligning its operations with the provisions of the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15), with the purpose of preventing the spread of pests and safeguarding the integrity of the transported goods. Likewise, it implements fumigation and/or treatment processes for cargo containers in accordance with current regulations, ensuring optimal sanitary conditions and mitigating biological risks that may affect international trade. We practice a culture where security is a key factor for success, sharing this vision to guarantee a safe work environment for employees, clients, suppliers, contractors, and visitors, with the goal of zero injuries and zero occupational diseases, through a constant and rigorous process of review and maintenance of our fleet and facilities.
